7-minute drills are great for a balance of consistency and intensity. European coaches prefer them because they’re great for practising your technique and helping you learn to move quickly without sacrificing form.
Endurance & Consistency
15-minute drills are preferred by Asian coaches where the focus is on consistency and most of all stamina. These longer drills will test the player mentally and no doubt build endurance.
