Can you give some tips into how you train, how you make a session as productive as possible?
You can be very effective in your sessions if you focus your practice on how you play your matches.
Can you tell us what sort of physical exercises you do?
I do a lot of core and abdominal work. I also go for runs and focus on exercises to improve my explosiveness.
What is the best piece of advise a coach his given you?
I have had lots of good advice so it’s hard to pick one but it would maybe when my coach made me realise that you cannot be a top player without good movement.
What are your favourite 2 drills?
Free against BH and 3-point FH.

How do you cope with pressure before a big match or event?
I like to play big matches so I feel the extra pressure gives me a real boost!
How often would you do multi ball in a normal weeks training?
I do multi ball quite often as I believe this is an effective way to practice. I would probably do 3 or 4 sessions per week.
